Harold Lee Jr. Co-Founder of Kidvation Global 

My enthusiasm for youth empowerment was developed during my time in college, working for a local YMCA. It was there that I discovered that I had an unwavering passion to make a positive impact on the lives of youth & teens! That opportunity sent me on my trajectory in the field of Youth Development. With over 20+ years of experience stemming from the nonprofit & social sector, I have now fulfilled a long-time dream of mine which was creating my own nonprofit organization. As the Co-Founder of Kidvation Global, Inc. I get

the privilege to impact young people both locally and internationally.

I take so much pride in being able to help young people learn to challenge themselves educationally and apply creative thinking, so they can improve their communities and develop innovative solutions that inspire social change.

My work involves creating pathways for innovative education with an intentional focus targeting underserved youth, which helps: build education equity, strengthen families, and establish a healthy & flourishing community. I strive to equip young people with applied skills and business competencies to position them to turn their ideas into reality. I believe

that entrepreneurship education, especially in an urban school setting, is a universal need! The development of an entrepreneurial mindset and skillset is important to being able to thrive in society while sustaining a competitive advantage in a global economy that is catalyzed by innovation.

My hope is for youth to learn that ideas are like currency…the more they have, the more valuable they become. And once they learn how to tap into an innovator’s mindset, they will be better equipped to turn problems into possibilities!
